Six For Sunday #3; 2018 Books Still Unread

six for sunday.png

Six For Sunday is a weekly meme created by Steph @ A Little But A Lot. The meme was created to list 6 things we love/hate every Sunday. The prompts are mainly bookish but I will add things from TV shows also in certain prompts since I love to cheat.

I thought there would’ve been more books to choose from my TBR but I only had like fifteen books from 2018. Let’s take a look which six books I chose.

6. The Bastard by Lisa Renee Jones

I totally forgot this book’s existence. The Bastard is the first book in Filthy trilogy. Eric is a bastard and he could care less about his father who thought him as a mistake but then the princess he’d once wanted more than his father’s love asks his help. I liked Lisa R. Jones’ Inside Out series, so hopefully this one sucks me rght up.

5. Buffy The Vampire Slayer: One Girl All In The World (Season 11 #2)

I don’t know why I haven’t bought this one yet since it’s the last one from the original Buffy comics I plan to read. Maybe because it’s so expensive.

4. Blood Fury by J.R Ward

I love her Black Dagger Brotherhood series a lot, so is it wonder that one of the books from the spin off is here? It’s not as good as the original series but it still has characters from it. I just want to see all the characters these characters end up with, like the king’s lawyer.

3. Good Girl by Jana Aston

Office books don’t normally interest me that much but I’m weird and good girl selling her virginity and making her boss mad just sounds good book for me.

2. No One But Us by Elizabeth O’Roark

I remember seeing this in Demetra @ Demi Reads‘ blog and wanting to read it. I mean a guy falling for someone who used to be a Fangirl? Count me in. It’s also forbidden romance, so it must be good.

1. A Demon Stole My Kitty by Eve Langlais

This book is about a witch whose cat has gone missing and Willow thinks demon did it. I just love most of Eve Langlais’ paranormal books and I really need to order this someday soon.

What 2018 books do you still need to read? What books do you think I should’ve added to this list? Have you read any of these?

  1. These are all new books for me. It’s good you could narrow it down to 6 from 15, I always have a hard time doing that.

  2. Oh man. I haven’t read many backlist books lately.. I honestly haven’t read much at all. I’m hopefully getting back into reading and planning to read books I already own in comparison to new books (though there are a few new books I’m dying to read)
